Privacy Policy

Skin9 Studio collects only the information needed to provide treatment and to run this website.

• Booking & payment: appointments and payments are handled by Square. Square processes your payment details; we do not store card information.
• Contact details: name, email and phone, used to confirm appointments and follow up.
• Health information: treatment notes recorded with your consent, to provide safe and appropriate care.
• Analytics: privacy-respecting analytics, loaded only if you accept them, used to understand which treatments people look for. No advertising, and no selling of data.
• Cookies: see the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Where your data is held: analytics data is stored in Canada. Booking data is held by Square.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Retention: contact and treatment records are kept as required for professional and tax purposes; analytics data is retained for 12 months.

Terms of Service

By booking with Skin9 Studio you agree to the following.

Appointments are by advance booking only.

Deposit

• A $30 deposit is required to secure an appointment. It is applied toward the total treatment cost.
• Send deposits by e-transfer to [email protected].
• If a refund applies, we issue it through the same payment method you originally used.

Late arrival

• The maximum grace period is 15 minutes.
• If you arrive late and another appointment follows yours, Skin9 Studio makes reasonable efforts to give you the full treatment time. We cannot guarantee this.
• Your treatment may be shortened so that the next appointment is not delayed.

Health disclosure

You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies and pregnancy. This lets us adapt or decline treatment safely.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because appointments are reserved exclusively for you, the following applies.

• 48 hours or more before your appointment: no cancellation charge. Eligible deposits are refunded or transferred.
• Less than 48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service fee is charged.
• No-shows: the full service fee is charged.

Treatment Satisfaction & Refunds

All treatments and services provided by Skin9 Studio are non-refundable once completed. Individual results may vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with the results of a completed treatment does not qualify for a refund or complimentary repeat treatment.

Please tell us about known sensitivities before treatment. If you have a reaction, contact the studio so we can advise you.
